Different from double roller fine crushers designed for brick raw material secondary fine grinding, the PE500×750 jaw crusher is a professional primary coarse crushing equipment. It is specially used for breaking large lump hard materials into medium particle size, completing the first-step crushing work for aggregate production, mining processing and brick factory raw material pretreatment. As the front-end host of the entire crushing line, it solves the problem that large hard rock and oversized raw materials cannot be processed directly by fine crushing equipment.
This jaw crusher adopts classic eccentric shaft swinging structure and heavy-duty welded frame, featuring strong crushing force, large feeding range and stable load-bearing performance. It can continuously crush high-hardness materials such as granite, basalt, limestone, raw ore and large lump coal gangue, providing qualified feeding materials for secondary fine crushers and grinding equipment.
