Different from medium GS50×60 and heavy GS60×80 large double roller crushers with high hourly throughput, GS40×50 is the smallest standard model of GS series roller crushing equipment, oriented to micro brick factories, family-run brick yards and newly-started small-scale brick projects with limited site space and low daily output requirements.

This machine acts as secondary fine grinding equipment after primary jaw crusher or hammer shredder, crushing bulk clay, soft shale and low-proportion coal gangue into uniform fine particles. Its compact overall structure avoids the large floor occupation of big-size roller crushers, making it the optimal fine crushing supporting device for small non-vacuum and tiny twin-stage vacuum brick extruders.
