GS60×80 double roller fine crusher belongs to GS series high-precision fine crushing equipment, professionally developed for secondary fine grinding of clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, mountain soil for sintered brick production line. It works after primary coarse crushing equipment and before JKB/JKR series vacuum extruder, to crush bulk raw materials into uniform fine particles below 2mm, effectively improve mud plasticity, reduce finished brick cracking rate and boost brick compactness after vacuum extrusion. Different from general mining roller crushers, this model optimizes structure targeting high-moisture sticky brick raw material (12%–22% moisture), solving blockage issues caused by wet clay adhesion.
