Core Working Principle
After raw materials evenly enter the crushing chamber from the top feeding port, two high-strength rollers rotate in opposite directions synchronously. The materials are clamped, squeezed and crushed between the two rollers. Qualified fine materials fall down automatically, while unqualified coarse particles remain in the crushing area for secondary extrusion. The discharge granularity can be precisely adjusted by changing the gap between the double rollers, realizing standardized and controllable crushing output.
