JKY60/60 Twin-Stage Hard Plastic Vacuum Extruder Introduction：
Positioned between JKY55/55 model and super-large JKY70/60 unit, JKY60/60 is mature large hard plastic extrusion equipment focused on hard low-water raw material brick production. Different from soft-plastic JZK series and small-size JKR machines, it adopts split independent upper/lower drive + hydraulic overload protection structure, specially developed for customers upgrading old brick lines or building medium-large new sintered brick plants. It works steadily with dry coal gangue, hard shale and high-content industrial waste residue to produce high-void hollow bricks and load-bearing perforated bricks.
