Working Principle

After being evenly mixed and preliminarily refined, raw clay material is conveyed into the vacuum chamber. Under negative pressure, air inside the clay is fully extracted to eliminate cavities and looseness in the blank. The compacted clay is then continuously and evenly extruded by the screw propulsion system, and shaped through forming dies into standard brick and tile blanks with regular shapes and stable quality.
