This hydraulic brick press adopts dry static pressure molding principle, completely different from all twin-stage vacuum extruders (JKR/JKB/JKY/JZ series) on our website that rely on wet mud extrusion. It targets small-batch, low-investment brick production without complex mud stirring and vacuum deaeration procedures.

 

The mold cavity can be customized for 1 brick or 2 bricks in one single pressing cycle, allowing customers to freely switch production capacity according to daily output demands. It processes low-moisture raw materials including dry clay, fly ash, shale powder and construction waste powder, producing high-density solid bricks and small perforated bricks without drying wet mud strips.
