This customized JKB30/30 is the smallest twin-stage vacuum extruder equipped with fully independent dual power and dual reduction structure. It targets mini brick factories, rural brick workshops and small-scale brick renovation projects with limited space and moderate output demand.

 

The machine splits mixing and extrusion into two independent power units: 18.5KW motor matched upper stirring reducer for raw material blending, 55KW motor paired lower extrusion reducer for high-pressure mud strip forming. Separate drive avoids mutual load interference, solves overload shutdown risks of small extruders with single transmission, and supports independent start-stop adjustment of stirring & extrusion processes.
