JKB30/30 Custom Twin-Stage Vacuum Extruder with Independent Dual Motor & Dual Reducer:
The machine splits mixing and extrusion into two independent power units: 18.5KW motor matched upper stirring reducer for raw material blending, 55KW motor paired lower extrusion reducer for high-pressure mud strip forming. Separate drive avoids mutual load interference, solves overload shutdown risks of small extruders with single transmission, and supports independent start-stop adjustment of stirring & extrusion processes.

Upper & lower auger both Φ300mm, streamlined welded frame with small overall size. No complicated foundation construction required, suitable for narrow rural workshops, temporary brick yards and small semi-automatic kiln supporting lines.
- Strong Raw Material Adaptability for Mini Plant Mixed Mud
Suitable for medium-low moisture clay, soft shale and low-proportion coal gangue (mud moisture 17%–21%). Produces standard solid bricks, small perforated bricks and thin-wall hollow bricks, with low brick blank cracking rate after vacuum deaeration.
