The JKY55/55 extruder is cost-effective large hard plastic forming equipment, reasonably positioned between JZK50/50 medium-pressure series and oversized JKY60/60/JKY70/60 high-output models. Different from soft-type JZK series for high-moisture clay, this machine targets dry hard raw materials with 15%~18% mud moisture, adopting separated upper-lower independent driving structure for hard plastic extrusion. It is the preferred investment option for clients looking to upgrade old brick workshops or build mid-scale automatic brick lines with controlled budget.

  1. 4.0MPa  High Forming Pressure: Perfectly produces high void hollow bricks from dry shale & gangue without over-investment on super high-power host.
  2. Full Φ550mm Double Auger Configuration: Uniform upper and lower screw diameter, large feed inlet, stable feeding for lump hard raw material, avoid frequent bridging and blockage inside mixing cavity.
  3. Independent Dual Motor Drive + Hydraulic Overload Protection: Separate power for stirring and extrusion sections; hydraulic buffer automatically retracts when foreign hard stone enters, effectively protect main shaft and auger from damage.
  4. Alloy Hardfaced Spiral Blades: High chrome overlay welding on wear parts, strong abrasion resistance against high-gangue raw material, reduce regular spare part replacement cost for overseas brick factories.
