The JKB45/45 vacuum extruder is a professional medium-sized hard plastic brick forming equipment, positioned between small JKR40/40 extruders and heavy-duty JKY large-scale machines. Different from the soft plastic-focused JZK45/45 model, this JKB45/45 version adopts exclusive hard plastic forming technology and pneumatic clutch independent control system, specially optimized for medium-hard mixed raw materials that are common in overseas brick factories. It balances high extrusion performance, stable continuous operation and moderate investment cost, becoming the most cost-effective core equipment for medium-capacity brick production lines.

Adopting integrated all-steel welded structure and twin-stage vacuum deaeration design, the machine integrates material crushing, uniform stirring, vacuum degassing and high-pressure extrusion molding in one process. It effectively solves common production problems such as insufficient compactness, easy cracking and unstable output caused by mixed raw materials, delivering consistent high-quality brick blanks for sintered brick production.
