Working Flow & Matching Production Process:
- Continuous clay mud strips extruded by medium vacuum extruder are sent to the roller conveyor of the bow-type cutter;
- The swinging bow frame with multiple parallel steel wires vertically cuts wide mud column into uniform narrow clay strips;
- Separated clay strips enter the mechanical fixed-length cutting station; crank linkage drives horizontal cutting wires to cut strips into standard-size green brick blanks;
