Working Principle & Production Features:
After the vacuum extruder outputs continuous clay mud strips, the arc-type hydraulic cutter uses a precision hydraulic system to drive the arched swinging frame. The steel wires follow a smooth arc path to vertically split the wide mud strip into uniform narrow strips, and then complete horizontal fixed-length hydraulic cutting. The whole process is stable and continuous, producing standard, smooth and crack-free green bricks for subsequent drying and sintering procedures.
