Positioned between compact XGD2000 small feeder and XGD3000 big box feeders, XGD2500 is a balanced medium-small feeding solution designed for expanding brick factories with moderate capacity growth. Different from tiny feeders limited by low throughput and bulky heavy feeders with high investment cost, this model integrates sufficient storage capacity and moderate floor space, filling the market gap for mid-sized brick production lines.
It acts as front-end buffering and proportioning equipment, receiving bulk raw materials unloaded by wheel loaders and delivering evenly metered materials to twin-shaft mixers, double roller fine crushers and primary jaw crushers.
